How should I receive the shipping package?

The cargo form should not be signed without receiving your cargo package. Before signing the cargo report, please check whether the box of your product is damaged due to transportation. If there is any damage to the box for any reason, return your box to keep a record from the shipping authority without signing any documents related to delivery. Your new products will be sent by us immediately. Poyraznetwork.com is not responsible for the damage or deficiency of the products inside if the products with damaged box are received.

Is there any deformation in the package delivered?

If there is any doubt in the package brought by the cargo company that suggests that any deformation or product may be damaged, open the package next to the cargo officer and check the physical condition of your orders without signing the shipping form. If you do not see any problems you may sign the transmit form. If you think that the products in the box are damaged in any way, please request that you do not receive the products and request a cargo damage record in the cargo officer. (Please do not take the products that are recorded. You should come back to poyraznetwork.com.)

Replaced products will be replaced and shipped to you.

RETURN

The product to be returned must not be used.

Returns of products that have lost their restability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

If the invoice of the product has been issued on behalf of the corporate company, you need to send it together with the "Return Invoice" issued by the institution for the refund process, which is issued as "Product Unit Price + VAT". Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions cannot be completed unless the 'Return Invoice' is issued.
