Warranty Terms

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods and the warranty period is 2 years.

The warranty period for Cambium Networks products is 3 years

All of the goods, including all parts (against production and assembly errors and / or defects that may occur from defective parts) are covered by our company.

If the goods fail within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The repair time of the goods is a maximum of 20 working days. This period starts from the date of notification to the Authorized Service of the malfunction of the property, to the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer of the goods in the absence of the authorized service station. Consumer failure notification; it is possible to do so by phone, fax, e-mail, registered letter or similar. However, in case of a dispute, the burden of proof belongs to the consumer. In case the malfunction of the goods cannot be solved within 10 working days, our company; Until the repair of the goods is completed, it is committed to allocate another industrial goods with similar features to the use of the consumer.

If the product fails during the warranty period due to both material and workmanship and assembly errors, it will be repaired without any charge under the labor cost, the replacement part cost or any other name. Repairs undertaken with this warranty will be performed by the authorized services of Poyraz Network Equipment.

Product;

As long as it is delivered to the consumer, it fails at least four times in a year, or six times within the warranty period determined by the manufacturer-manufacturer and / or importer, as well as these failures are continuous,

Exceeding the maximum time required for repair,

If the service station is not available, if it is determined that the repair of the fault is not possible with the report to be issued by the seller, dealer, agency, representative or one of our company representatives, respectively, a free replacement or refund or a discount rate will be made.

The warranty period of the goods replaced during the warranty application is limited to the remaining warranty period of the purchased goods.

Free repair and product replacement obligations disappear in the following situations;

In case of malfunction of the product due to use in contravention of the methods or conditions specified in the user manual

In case the serial numbers of the goods and components or the warranty labels are destroyed / torn

In case it is determined that the goods have been previously opened / repaired except Poyraz Network Equipment Service personnel

If the outer surfaces of the goods and components are broken or scratched under the responsibility of the customer

In the event of malfunctions caused by accessories or other devices purchased from a location other than our company and authorized services and that can be used with the product

Wrong transportation (impact, drop, impact), wrong and inadequate maintenance, wrong and misuse after delivery of the device to the consumer, uses against the environmental features specified in the user manual for the device; in case of insufficiency of air installation, use of the product in extremely humid, dusty or hot environments or use in corrosive environments harmful to electronic circuits, accidents, impacts, electricity (voltage changes), malfunctions caused by natural disasters

If malfunction or damage occurred during the transportation of Poyraz Network Equipment which is not within the responsibility of Poyraz Network Equipment

In case of software errors

In case of defective parts replacement other than Poyraz Network Equipment and / or Poyraz Network Equipment warranty parts.

The consumables (adapter, pigtail, poe adapter etc.) supplied with the device are out of warranty.

Whether the faults occur as a result of the usage error is determined by the report prepared by Poyraz Network Equipment

For problems regarding the Warranty Certificate, the Ministry of Customs and Trade may apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.

Shipping and Returns

Before receiving your cargo, please check whether it is missing, damaged or defective. If you observe an unusual situation in your cargo, return the product to the cargo officer by keeping a record.
